Arts and culture journalist Deirdre Mendoza has contributed to The L.A.Times, WWD, Variety, The Miami New Times, Ms.com, the L.A. Weekly, and Thebeet.com. Her short fiction has appeared in regional journals, including The Hudson Review. She holds an M.F.A from Antioch University, L.A, and teaches writing at Woodbury University and Glendale College. She lives between Madrid and Los Angeles.
She will be presenting “Real Lives of Married People” – spare, intimate stories of women discovering their position and power while falling in and out of love.. Published by Ruth Hoflich, whose color photos add to the readers experience.
