As a young man I dreamt of starting my own business. My dad, still a source of wise advice, said “go out and work for someone else first son, learn all about business, and when you are ready, you will know”.
Well, 34 years later still not much the wiser about business, I am ready. I spent much of those 34 years travelling, always with a book on the go, and the dream of starting a bookshop has grown and grown. Finding a place has not been easy, but we signed the contract for a wonderful property in Madrid´s Literary Quarter this week. If all goes well, we should open in June. Living the dream…..
